C. Edward Schmidt

Training Director

 C. Edward Schmidt is a retired Investigator Commander with the         New Hartford Police Department. Ed served the Town of New             Hartford for over twenty one and a half years with multiple                   responsibilities including supervising the Juvenile Aid                        Division/Family Services Unit which included School Resource          Officer programs in the New Hartford CSD, Sauquoit Valley CSD,       and the Oneida Herkimer Madison BOCES campus in New                Hartford. Ed was named a consultant to the SNYPJOA upon his         retirement for his longstanding commitment to the Association. Ed     is a Police Juvenile Administrator and was named the Training          Director in March of  2014. He is responsible for overseeing, scheduling and executing training courses sponsored by the SNYPJOA throughout New York State.
