Hospitality Sponsorships:- $500

Hospitality sponsorships aid in providing refreshments, DJ music, entertainment, staffing, and activities free of charge to all of our attendees, keeping them at the conference center after a long day of intense training & education, which encourages networking and congeniality. 

-       Sponsor Name/logo will be displayed on the Hospitality Sponsor Banner displayed throughout the week at the various networking and fundraising events

Registration Sponsor:- $1,500

Exhibit Info:

Each booth includes a 6’ table topped/skirted, 2 folding chairs, waste basket, ID sign, pipe and drape.

Exhibit Extras:

10’ x 20’ vendor exhibit area if available (limited spaces):  $250 additional

Electric, Carpet, and Drayage are available for extra charge through Convention Center, forms available upon request at bforte@snypjoa.org

Vendor Set Up

Vendors will be on site Monday between hours of 12 noon and 5:00 pm for set up and access. All booths to be set up by 6pm.

Vendor take down must be completed by 1pm on Wednesday, all exhibitors must be out of event center by 1pm Wednesday. 

Monday August 17^th, 2026

Vendor exhibit will open for attendees on Monday from 12 noon - 6pm

Tuesday August 18^th, 2026

Vendor exhibit will open 9am – 3pm.  Classes will be conducted during this time. 

Wednesday August 19th  2026 (option)

Vendor Exhibit may be open 9am – Noon,  vendor choice.
